Matt is an outstanding student-athlete with a 4.0 GPA, with definite career goals in the field of law. He has a remarkable 78-8 high school wrestling record. He lost his father, coach and mentor to cancer his senior year in high school. He pushed through his grief and managed his schoolwork, wrestling competition and work schedules to finish his senior year with very high academic distinction
